HiBid Auctions

Grantscards auctions on HiBid have started up again with scheduled pick ups and having all pick ups done as "curbside" - well outside and if you have picked up from me you know what I mean.  Our next auction has over 100 lots already up for viewing and more will be added before the July 12th start.  We will take items on consignment so if you have something you would like to sell in one of our auctions just let us know.  We are planning to run at least 1 auction per month, maybe more if we have enough items...

Covid-19 shipping and eBays "new" payment system

Just a few thoughts about the situation with this virus and how long it takes to get things through the mail.  It has been taking 3 to 5 weeks for things to get through as a letter - sometimes even longer than 5 weeks. I have had a lot of people on ebay asking to have cards shipped letter mail that I have tracked shipping on.  The answer was and is no, sorry but a few impatient people have taken that option off of the table.  Recent events with people refusing to be patient and opening item not received cases...

No pick ups allowed at this time

Due to the non essential shut down ordered by the provincial government we will not be doing any pick ups at this time.  Any orders can be shipped, contact us for costs on that as the cost does vary depending on your location.  Small orders of 4 cards or less with a value of under $20 total can still be sent letter mail.  Please be aware that letter mail is very, very slow and will take quite a bit longer than normal.  2 eBay buyers have been blocked this week for marking the delivery as late even though they chose...

Covid-19

In response to the global pandemic we will be limiting the number of people allowed to pick up items to 1 person inside at a time.  Everyone needs to work together to slow this thing down as much as we can.  We will be sanitizing door handles and any surfaces we can using the recommended products.  We will also try to have some hand sanitizer available for those that do come to pick things up.    Shipping to your door is always an option as well as picking your items up at a future date.  We can store your paid for items...
