Interesting Star Wars hit

I was opening a couple of blaster boxes of Star Wars Journey to the Last Jedi, Walmart boxes, and pulled this interesting hit. 
This is one of the character insert cards that has been autographed and hand numbered 1/1 on the front. The back is the same as any of the other character inserts and the usual Topps certification of the auto is not there. This is a first for me, out of all the boxes and cases of Star Wars cards I have opened I have never seen a pack pulled auto card like this one. I think it is an artist auto but I have not yet been able to confirm that.
